When you contact us: your name, phone number, email address, postcode and whatever you tell us about the property. When we quote or install: the site address, survey notes, photographs of the installation, and the equipment fitted.

To answer your enquiry, produce a quote, carry out the installation and support any warranty claim afterwards. That's a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries — not marketing.

Nobody, other than suppliers or sub-contractors who need it to complete your job (for example an electrician attending with us), and our accountants for invoicing. We don't sell data and we don't pass it to advertisers.

Enquiries that don't become jobs: 12 months. Completed jobs: six years, because that's how long we may need the records for warranty and tax purposes.

CCTV systems we install record locally to your equipment. We don't hold or access your footage after handover unless you ask us to look at something.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Email [email protected]. If you're not happy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
