Cat6 run through the house, terminated on faceplates and a patch panel, tested and labelled.
Wi-Fi is for the things that move. Everything else — TVs, consoles, desks, access points, cameras — is better on a cable.
If you're renovating or extending, this is the cheapest it will ever be. We'll first-fix before the plasterboard goes on and come back to terminate.
